Hello, I’m Maria.

My path has never been about following one direction. It has always been about building, evolving, and creating something meaningful over time.

I come from a strong foundation in hospitality, where I have spent over a decade understanding what it truly means to create refined, seamless experiences. Today, I continue to grow within this space, working closely in hotel operations and learning every day how to elevate both service and structure.

Over time, my focus naturally shifted toward something more personal. I became deeply interested in wellness, longevity, and the quiet impact of daily habits on how we feel and perform. This led me to create MDLA Wellness, a brand built around the idea that taking care of yourself should feel effortless and integrated into your everyday life. Through functional coffee and carefully developed products, I aim to bring a sense of balance, clarity, and intention into simple routines.

Alongside this, I remain involved in our family real estate business, managing commercial properties and continuing to expand within the hospitality space. I have always believed that growth comes from staying curious and open to different industries while building with intention.

At the heart of everything I do is my role as a mother. My children are my anchor and my greatest source of perspective. They have shaped the way I work, pushing me to create a life where ambition and presence can coexist. I have learned to build in a way that allows me to be fully there for them, while continuing to grow my work with focus and discipline.

Having lived across different parts of the world, I carry a deep appreciation for culture, nuance, and the way different environments shape our mindset. This continues to influence both my personal life and the way I approach business.

Today, my focus is clear. I am building with intention, guided by quality, balance, and long term vision. Everything I create reflects not only where I am, but where I am going.
